At Serenity Ventures, we know that conflict is an inevitable part of life. It isn't something to fear or avoid — it's an opportunity for growth. Handled well, conflict leads to better collaboration, deeper trust, and stronger relationships.
Led by founder Serenity Donnellon, M.A., a member of the Southern Colorado Mediation Alliance, our mission is to transform turbulent dynamics into pathways of peace and productivity. We specialize in high-impact services designed for individuals, executive leadership, and evolving teams.

Hi, I'm Serenity
I hold a Master's in Conflict Resolution from the University of Denver and a Bachelor's in International Cultural Studies with a minor in peacebuilding. I've been mediating since 2016, and from 2018 to 2025 I served at the 4th Judicial District Attorney's Office's Neighborhood Justice Center — first as a mediator, then as its Manager. Across hundreds of cases spanning criminal, civil, domestic, and workplace disputes, I've learned what most mediators only theorize about: with the right strategy, almost any volatile situation can become a productive resolution.
My mission is to move conflict out of the courtroom and back into the hands of the people involved. Whether I'm working one-on-one with someone preparing for a difficult conversation, sitting between two parties in mediation, or training a leadership team to handle friction with confidence and clarity — the goal is the same: help people find their way through, and leave them more capable than they started.
Collaborators
I’m fortunate to collaborate with a group of trusted, highly skilled practitioners. Our combined expertise spans many industries and contexts — workplace dynamics, executive teams, families, and community-based disputes — and that breadth means I can match each engagement with the right voice in the room.
When a project calls for a co-mediator, a second facilitator, or a trainer with a specialty I don’t have, these are the people I bring in. Each of them is someone I’d trust with my own family or my own team.
